Thread Starter | Again With the stabs Ive got a trumpet, horns, tape strings, string section and strings all in a combinator on reason, and while it sounds big its still missing something, its got the un but not the dun any tips? |

Thread Starter | indeed the tape strings added one helluva thinkness to them, and as for the timpani, dead on, it set it off, thank you sir, and good to know i was on the right track with the strings, i thought maybe i was overdoing it with what i was stacking |

| The sad thing is though, if you apply every technique you learned for stacking in Reason, and stack the strings on, say, a Motif instead, it sounds 100 times fatter. I didn't believe it, until I tried. Frustrating! |
