EWQLSO Platinum Pro XP

was fortunate enuff to use this today when a friend brought over a usb drive and i ran the sample from their ..it was really easy actually..just copy the installer to your pc and point the sample folder to the external hd..i thinkt here was like 100+gb of samples on it...but wow..the sound is AMAZING!! there are 3 mics...at different distances. here is a clip to show how vibrant and beautiful the strings can be even in a urban production! def check this out at http://www.soundsonline.com

most of the east west stuff is highly realistic and sounds good...but the loading times with these big multi-gig libraries are a pain in the ass. i prefer working with smaller romplers (which won't sound as realistic but have an own sound which works for urban music).

check out the music examples.

IF you want high quality, realistic acoustic sounds, east west is kick ass. i have seen in the past some hiphop guys who came from a rompler background dissing them, but they compared multiple layered and effected rompler patches with dry instruments.
