Thanks for posting (my comment below has nothing to do with you, but that Roland now sucks, and doesn't put out jack that's cool)


From the link, The MV-8800 doesn’t appear to have any new, ground-breaking features like the Roland V-Synth GT, but it will come with new effects and loaded with quality samples.

It sounds like a real loser to me. Did they take some engineers from Apple's logic team to just put a new coat of paint on the same old thing? Ohhh a few new effects? That's what a pro studio needs.... A faster hard drive??? (who needs a fast hard drive in a sampler like that?). And a color screen? Get real.

I guess if you were going to get one anyway, and it was the same price... sure, but otherwise?
