I kinda hate to do this, but does anyone have a "pro-quality" 808 crash they'd like to send me or post up here? I'm incredibly frustrated right now b/c I have quality samples of practically every other 808 sound, but not the crash. For general reference, I like Danja's sound in Katharine McPhee's "Each Other". Here's her MySpace page w/ the song on it. The really sustained 808 cymbal sound IS an 808 crash, right?  Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me out.

Yes, I did. If you happen to find an 808 crash sample using google, please let me know, because I certainly didn't, which is why I posted here.

Ah, thank you. Sorry Eide, I didn't notice the actual link in your first post. I haven't slept yet. I was searching specifically for "808 crash" and stuff like that rather than something broader.
