For Tommy - Any advice for us engineers?

Hey Tommy
As a drummer who has made a bunch of records being on the other side of the glass, do you have any advice you'd like to give us engineers about working with drummers? Things that bug you in the studio, things you wish engineers would do, how to get the best takes, etc. ??
