Thread Starter | level lock
hey tchad - i am really enjoying reading all these threads. i want to expirement on some upcoming sessions with the mono inside the kit mic and i don't have a level lock to use but do have a distressor and a 1176. what are the characteristics of the level lock compression? if you had to emulate it on a distressor would it be like a nuke mode - with distortion? could you get in the ballpark or is it a totally different sound? j |
