Hi John, and many thanks for joining us. I think the track "Too Many Guns" you recorded with Finley Quaye is one of the lost classics, and is a great showcase for your talents. Someone else on the forum complimented you on the unique drum sound you achieve, and Carl Robinson has said of Too Many Guns, "I've never heard my drums sound like that before". Can you share any details about the session with us? |

Hi Badger17 Sorry mate but I never worked on that record. The only thing I did with Finley was a remake/new version of single Ultra Stimulation. Its great and totally diff to LP. Finley is a great musician and talent. I had good fun doing session..it was wild but the music comes through and his singing is superb. I think Kevin Bacon and Jonathan Quarmby did that record Cheers JL |
