Karajan's Meistersingers

Hi SJ
Thanks. I was tape op on this at Abbey Road studio 1. It was just the mixing which was four track and engineer was the wonderful Chris Parker. It was ten sides and me being new to opera it was bit of ordeal. For me it was a lot of playbacks and learning to follow on the score and also perfecting my quarter inch tape edits on sustained strings when there's no bass drum to edit on. Also taught me to listen and be patient.
Cheers JL
