new sounds

Ok, you told a bit where you get new inspiration for songs.
How about new sounds? Are you looking for those now?
Pursuing new synths to find fresh timbres?
Or do you have a basic palette going, something that works for you?
Any change over the years?

(sorry that's a bunch of questions LOL)

Alway on the lookout for new sounds, but I still keep a base of go to sounds that i use.
