| ISDN like feature for phoning in parts? There is a plug-in manufacturer that has come up with an alternative for ISDN, allowing for two ProTools sessions to be connected via internet. Any plans on making a feature built in to Reaper?

| We're actually planning a "Session Mode" for ReaNINJAM that may do some of what people want in this respect.. I suspect we'll get something out in alpha state in the next month or two. Sooo much to do! :) |

| Doesn't Reaper support VST plug ins? If so, couldn't the Source Elements stuff be used? |

| Can you share how it will work in ninjam? I've been looking for an idiot-proof way to collaborate with the singer in my band since he's moved to Philly. He's a mac user and gets baffled trying to work by sharing mp3 files. |

| I need the pro version. Just a thought, I wonder how hard it is going to be to justify spending $5k on a Waves package, or a large collection of X, Y and Z plugs, to use on a $40 or $200 DAW. Will people demand low priced plugs that will rival the best out there, and will anyone be able to deliver?

But for now, here's something you guys might find interest: http://www.cockos.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8506 If you install 1.842a1 (or by the time you read this, some later version), you can put ReaNINJAM on your master track, and create a local channel that has "TempoSync" unchecked, and connect to a server (try test.ninjam.com:2600). At this point, you will hear anybody else who has connected, and they will hear your master output. The latency is generally around 1s, so you can do things like play your projects, and have people talk to you and vice versa.. Stuff like having it sync to transport is coming soon. | |
