Hi All,

I apologise for suddenly going quiet on you!

I have been unable to sit down and concentrate on the questions posed as I have just been recording a live gig and mixing it for webcast today! Along with this I am trying to put the final touches to some editing for a mix I start next week so my time online is a bit tight.

I intend to sit down over the weekend and pull all the threads into a coherent reply (at least that's what I told my therapist!) - some good questions.
