| Island 73 bob marley's 'catch a fire' and 'burnin' were they tracked and mixed in the same studio? No - Catch a Fire was tracked in Jamaica then transferred from 8 track to 16 track and overdubbed in Island studios Burnin' was a combination with some tracking done in Jamaica and overdubbed in London and others tracked and overdubbed in London (No I can't remember which songs!) Both were mixed at Island studios and can you remember the main reverbs used at the time? The only reverb we had available was EMT plates |
