Thanks very much Daniel and thanks to Adam for setting this up!

Thanks a lot guys

I know you were busy so it was very cool of you to do it.

Soon I will move the Q&A down to the archive section.

But I will save the unanswered questions so if the mood strikes you you can come back and answer some of them.

All the best,

Jules

Yes Thanks,

Daniel's new film/album are excellent lessons in recording. It's really about feel, interaction and music. Daniel would make excellent recordings with a 57 and a Fostex 4 track if that was all he had.

Really? What brand of cassette would he use? After all, this is Gearslutz...

Thanks Dan, Adam and Vollick for bringing us into your world with HERE IS WHAT IS

I loved what you wrote here on this forum about finding what is in the hearts of people and that being the most important thing about producing a record for someone. How so many producers today like to play God and obviously care very little about what the artist wants to say is disgusting so thanks for reminding us to respect the art and where it comes from.

Some people really needed that reminder!

I love how he answered elaborate questions with a very short, and absolutely right on answer...

Smart fella! Thanks to all.
