I wonder if you have a special quote that's helped re-energize/refocus you through times of turbulence?

After a rough day at the studio, the BEST thing I can do is go home to my beautiful wife and daughter and get a good night's sleep! It's amazing how clearer everything becomes when you can get away and get some perspective.

That being said...when things get rough, I like to say (in a southern accent, courtesy Jeff Tomei) "Is it sweet?"

The answer of course is NO IT"S NOT SWEET...but just by acknowledging that fact it's not so schveet seems to make it better.
