  • Based around a USA-wound Edcor transformer

  • Absolute beginner-friendly
  • Full, step-by-step instructions
  • Under $50!

$43 for the full kit. We ship worldwide.

If you're new to DIY, I just curious about whether this soldering thing could possible be for you, watch me build the LINE2AMP in 5 minutes (with a little help from fast forward):

What some kind folks have said:
"It's great! Really great. I've been doing a crappy version of reamping here and there by running straight to the amp from the DAW and just taking the volume way down, but it gives it this very artificial, overly consistent sound. Doing a passive DI worked but had some of this too, just not authentic-sounding. This lovely little box makes it sound like like someone playing bass though, perfect! I'm going to paint the top and give it some nice "in" and "out" lettering, other than that it's just done and great."
-Jesse Gimbel, Studio Owner

"I'm using my LINE2AMP and it's doing better than [another commercially available reamping box] ever did, at 1/4 the price"
-MatrixClaw, UltimateMetal.com Forum Member

"Built in 10 minutes, fun project, nice sounding, thanks!" -lxsir06, eBay Member

That's a great price for a full kit. Edcor transformers get a lot of love over at groupdiy.
