SamplesLoops Solina String Ensemble For Kontakt

Binary Music have released Solina String Ensemble sample library for
Native Instruments Kontakt 4.

Originally manufactured in 1974, by Dutch company Eminent and later, under licence by ARP, it was an immediate success across a wide spectrum of music, with users including David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Parliament, Air, Stevie Wonder, Elton John and The Cure.

Every note of each voice (Violin, Viola, Horn, Trumpet, Cello and Contrabass), has been sampled at 44.1 kHz, 24 bit resolution.
Two distinct versions are included – one sampled with the original modulation and three round-robins per note, and one sampled without modulation, but with modulation recreated using Kontakt’s scripting and effects.

Available as an instant download, price: £15.00 (approx. $23 U.S. or €18) + VAT in E.U. countries.

Thanks... you just satisfied my current needs. Was looking last weekend thru all my samples and plugins for nice Solina strings... nothing. And today I find this

Demos sounds pretty good. Will test it tonight.

PS: Download speed could be faster.

Sorry about that. Just discovered that the shopping cart system is no longer caching files on Amazon's servers. We are now going to host our files directly with Amazon S3, so should get back back to fast speeds within a couple of days.

Thanks for your purchase.

You're welcome

It's not that bad with the speed. Got it meanwhile

Loving it. Put some Valhalla Uebermod (dualsolina preset for instance) on it and some Arts Acoustics Big Rock (or Steinberg Vintage Phaser) and it's just heaven.

Cheers,

Jack
