I wonder was H-color the 'working title' for NLS when it was in development? The term 'color' seems to suggest something of a saturation nature to me and I can't see them releasing another product of this kind when NLS is only around the corner. You never know though

Cheers, Mark.

Could be, but there's definitely an "NLS" in his list, as well, in addition to the "HColor". So it makes me wonder if these are two different plugins. Of course, there's also a "Kramer Tape" and a "Kramer MPX Lab", so who knows what all is going on there.

If I had to guess I would say I think all the plugins with the 'lab' suffix are strictly for betas, developers, testers and anyone else of the like

I think they developped a framework and technic that allows rapid good results .....

Like softube , softube develeopped their own modelling soft to help the dev , a real gain of time and waranty of quality ....

I'm more curious about the REDD Vintage Exciter - first fruits of the Abbey Road deal? (I'm not counting the "King's Microphones" plug) I don't ever recall hearing about EMI making exciters - maybe this is Waves' take on the AR Brilliance Pack?

isn't that the same song as this?

Get Him To The Greek Sound Track - Going Up - YouTube

did he says a modeled Neve V????

I'd pay to NOT sound like that

he actually does say a lot of very sensible things about mixing though; it was interesting to watch someone else work.

he also mentions modeling three desks, his, Spike Stent's (a focusrite?) and Mike Hedges', )which would be the REDD)

From the waves NLS thread:

Waves NLS - Emulated console:

The SSL 4000G is Mark "Spike" Stent

The EMI TG12345 Mark 4 is Mike Hedges

The Neve 5116 specially made for Yoad Nevo

Maybe H-Color is the already released Analog/THD-section of the H-EQ.

Well in the video he doesn't really go into it just says its custom made and amazing but from his gear list it's labelled "custom guitar Di (new old sound)
So I'm guessing it's a modded DI from the NOS M1
Call me Quincy (like the detective)

You guys missed one. What is the Kramer MPX Lab. I see the Kramer Tape.
I'm not near my Pro Tools too see if it's named that but, I don't remember it being that.

I know for sure, this DI is the one channel of MOne mic pre from New Old Sound Ltd. here is the link New Old Sound Ltd..
I saw an article in MusicTech magazine Issue 94 from January 2011, there is a picture on Yoad's DI and few words about this DI.
The box looks the same as MOne from New Old Sound.
