Definitely! In fact it would be cool to see them evolve into higher-end amps in those sorts of enclosures too. Honestly I have never been crazy about the look of most Fender amps, especially the blackfaces.

I like that the bigger one has a 15 inch speaker. I had a peavey delta blues for a while. The 15 lent the low end a really tight focus. Kinda wish I still had it.

I was not very interested in the "Pawn Shop" guitars but for some reason I'm VERY interested in these. Both of them. Worried it's just a gimmick, I hope they've paid some real attention to the voicing...

Greta looks funky...do we think it could also be used as a Tube Pre -> interface?

These look cool, but I can't believe they put an AUX IN jack on the Greta. I mean, why go to all the trouble to capture the "vintage" styling and then add a totally consumer feature you usually find on a cheezy practice amp?

I guess they want to sell a few to those detested consumer players.

It is a nice twist on the micro powertube endeavor. The tone in my mind is Deacy-like due to the speaker description. With the speaker out, it could be a nice flavor or two.

These really appeal to my sense of aesthetics; I may have to shuffle off my Vox AC4 in favour of one of these...

Well, what do ya think about the accordion input on Excelsior? Does that suit your fancy?

I wonder if you could use the line out and the aux input as a sort of effects loop... That would be interesting.

That Greta looks VERY cool! Some of my favorite recorded guitar tones can only be found by overdriving a tiny speaker and the fact that it has line/speaker out is a plus! I can imagine using this as an effect for any number of sources. Here I am, lusting again.

As someone who plays accordion, I'm intrigued by the accordion input!

woah, that excelsior looks cool as hell. I wonder how it sounds, if it's anything like my silvertone 1483, then I'm in!

I'm thinking about buying excelsior; I have a fender mustang 3 modeling amp that I use with my band and it sounds good, but I think the excelsior will sound great mic'd up and recorded into my 388!
