Not sure if it will work but sum said this method worked for them. try to delete app then reinstall it.. May have to turn phone off and on after installation..

deleted and reinstalled app still nothing...Its connecting under midi setup and reads Track: ... on the remote but when i go into peripherals there is nothing under midi controller type?

Works for me, though it loses connection sometimes.
I think the next feature it needs is a way to advance/rewind to the next marker. The rewind/ fast forward are painfully slow and don't really make for useful navigation when you are controlling remotely.

I did a google search and it seems like a lot of people resolve the problem by reinstalling Pro Tools. It has something to do with the drivers.. Hope this Helps.

The good thing is that it's communicating wirelessly with your Mac.

The links below may not be exactly for the Mac and the app, but they were having the same problems with hardware/software and I believe it will work.

Yes just got it, wireless works but just says "track...." but it does work. I can press record, play etc. Just doesn't get the track name, and it doesn't highlight the track onscreen that is selected.
