Does the update still include "Posted from my iPad 2, using the Gearslutz.com app" type shizzle? It kinda, well.. Irks me a bit.. I mean we never had to be told if someone was posting from a Mac, PC or C64. Lets face it, no one really gave a damn. So why do we need to know what mobile device it was posted from??
Can it at least be reduced to pixified italics that only elves with miniature electron microscopes can read?
Thanks!
Ps, honestly, I quite like the app (on my iPhone) otherwise |

Pretty cool, using it right now.. Definitely snappier than using Safari, and I don't have to zoom in to hit the next page number!
No smilies showing up though, maybe that's a good thing?

Ps, honestly, I quite like the app (on my iPhone) otherwise | It has an option to turn the signature on and off. I don't have an iPhone anymore, but maybe that version does too..

I've been using it for a few days, now.... It crashes a bit, but nothing to worry about. And everything else works well....
Maybe I haven't figured this out yet, but there must be a way to keep track of all the threads we post on...

Is there a way to clear everything that says NEW? I've tried clicking the threads, sub threads, posts, and it always says NEW on everything.
Feels a little clunky compared to the last version but not bad. No crashes yet. Using iPhone 3G.

Mark as read IS a known issue and an update will get released soon as an update.
Try this work around: Mark as read then immediately refresh and or drag the page to "get more" and that should make the action work.

No option to post or reply to posts on my iPad2. Options are "open in Safari" or share the post via email or URL link

The only option I get when I click the arrow at the top right is "refresh". This is with the post highlighted in yellow.
