I don't understand the knob that is labeled buy: shoes.
Explanation?

Ya, I think the Buy Shoe and others (make-up,etc) sets the threshold at which the Active Sex engages resulting in higher Kiss count (contador de besos)...

Also, the top unit hooks up via insert to the lower one. I cant find the manual though, so I could wrong...

Does it come with a comprehensible English manual?

I hear for optimal usage, you need to lubricate the valves on a regular basis.

By contrast, the female part of the gear has of knobs for:

The spec sheet said it was self-lubricating, but that it would only do this if wired directly to your bank account and not expected to do anything ( much like older tube equipment. ) Sounds great, though. I can't live without mine

I have never heard of "High End Mexically gear" before.

I have heard of "High End" mexican blow before though.

What it takes to make a man happy?
1. No nagging
2. Enough sex

What it take to make a woman happy:
1. Romance
2. Passion
3. Understand her
4. Pamper her
5. Know what she wants without her telling you
6. Be the leader (when things get rough)
7. Respect that she is the boss
8. Make tons of money
9. Do equal housework (even though she doesn't work)

And I just barely scratched the surface.
