Thread Starter | Chandler Limited Little Devil Pedal
Hi All- 2011 will be a busy year for new Chandler Limited products. We have four new items in the works and will be releasing them in short order. The first first product will be a new direction for Chandler Limited. I have been a guitar player for 30 years and it is really what got me into music and recording. I have long been interested in making guitar pedals and pursuing sounds that I have wanted for guitar but have been unable to obtain with other gear. I have been experimenting with distortion and boost sounds for the last year and a half and feel that I have guitar pedals that will offer the Chandler sound and build to a new audience. SO! I offer to you the Little Devil Boost pedals. It is a Class A circuit design that is hand wired and constructed like all Chandler products, and offers a large amount of high quality colored gain, selection of boost range, and three feedback settings. The Little Devil Boost is inspired by our upcoming Little Devil 500 pre amp. The intense sounding discrete amps and feedback settings are the heart of the units. As with the Germ Pre and Little Devil pres you can manufacture and enhance sounds easily and have a variety of sounds at your disposal. The three position feedback switch on each pedal is very much like having three different pedals and when combined with the boost range and gain allow for even more experimentation. Feel free to post any questions! Best wishes, Wade Goeke Chandler Limited |

Me again...I thought I would share some thoughts that Joe Chiccarelli gave me on the pedals. He is absolutely one of the best and I have always highly valued and trusted his opinions. If you want to know what a great record is check out is engineering and productions :-) Anyway here is what he had to say.... "Pretty impressive and unique pedals. The workmanship is quite impressive. The are totally unique sounding. They give everything a very '70's plexi Marshall type of tint. They have been especially effective feeding into an AC30. I love them on keyboards. The little Devil seems a bit more versatile but the Germanium has a very unique sound. In tone it was amazing with a Nord Lead or even a synth organ tone. Great work. Totally amazing sound as always." |

Nice work Wade! I'm really excited about both of the new pedals. On a purely superficial note, I must say that I f***ing LOVE the enclosures. They look so sexy. Thank you for not using the standard MXR-style pedal boxes that so many "boutique" pedal manufacturers use.

This is beatiful and unique as well. My first fuzz box was a box plugged into to the Guitar from Vox. The " Hello I Love You " sound with a 1/4" jack. I would love it if you follow up with several more pedals, that aligned next to each other like a cool rack. Seems feasible as the direction of the jacks suggest this..... Great Idea.. |

This is some very cool stuff Wade. I love my Chandler gear, and being a guitarist, these pedals cause instant salivation. I can't wait to hear them. - paul
