Cool! Their Chorus is the best one I've ever used. TC style but more subtle and warm.

i so far have the compressor, the plexi tone, and the delayla xl.
best compressor i ever had, just chunked my dyna comps in a box, no pumping clean and oh i can use a comp with it screwing up my tone kinda of comp.
if you like to hear your comp this my not be for you.
the plexi goes from a little gain boost to a lot, or at least a lot for me.
it has three different gain setup's, i like that.
i should note i am not a stop box fan and have never had a box i could use without unplugging it after the first beer into a gig and chunking it in the corner.
when it is not on it is not sapping my tone like every other pedal i have had.
the delayla just rock for a great delay pedal.
i like the feel, the quality, and the sound.
you could drive a nail in a oak stud and still use these.
i do like them.

i tried the comp and used a blues driver he moded
i like the blues driver but not enough to get one.
the comp just did not do it for me.
had a dyna comp sound, if you like that it is great.
i played forever, ( and sometimes still do ) just guitar cable and amp.
have a hang up with pedals they do something to my sound that i do not like, some more some less, mostly more, in a negative way.

Got the C.Martin Comp, Chorus and Param EQ

If you want an unobtrusive and musical compressor nothing beats this one from Diamond pedals

www.diamondpedals.com

though
the BJF Pale Green Comp will give it some real competition

My Carl Martin makes music and have no part in dogfights.
Threm, I know I will test your Diamond one day, and I guess I'll be impressed by it, too.
But I won't be converted...

Thanks to Pan60 for recommending the Carl Martin compressor pedal a while back. I love this pedal. Almost got the Delayla XL but...
You can't get better than Diamond's Memory Lane. (I still kept my Memory Man Deluxe, BTW)
That tremolo pedal above is tempting.
I've bought several chorus pedals--I must not like this effect that much. Small Clone--too noisy, forget Space Chorus (what was I thinking), Boss CE-2--not bad, Analogman's very nice.

Just to pipe in on chorus, Roger Mayer makes the only one worth owning IMHO

Plexitone is the BEST there is! TWO od's in one AND a clean boost! If you need one pedal at a gig, it will get use. It's not Tube Screamer-y at all (none of the TS-type midrange), yet not scooped either. The reason I call it an all in oner is that when I use the Plexitone as a main gain, MOST bands/groups/orchestras I play are "used to" the sound more than say my Jacques Tube Blower (my other fav) or my Barber DD (yummy!). You get less "looks on the faces" of band leaders/directors....usually you'll get a "Do you have another distortion [that's what they call overdrive] sounds?"; again, the Plexi's seems to please ears more. If you need more mid, get a Stellartone tone pot on your guitar!!!!!!!!

As far as other CM peds, I have owned the chorus & the fazer as well. The ONLY problem with CM pedals is that if you mix too many of them with other (non Boss PS supplied-type) pedals, your set up gets noise. When I used my CM Plexitone, Comp, Chorus & Fazer together/alone, NO noise. I think the fact that they have internal PS's, it can create noise when used with other pedals.

I'm dying to try an AC Tone and the DeLayLa someday! I have an AC30 type amp (Framus Ruby Riot) and I have a Boss DD20 for my delays which do the job AND I can have 4 presets on my pedalboard.

As far as comps I like the Keeley comp better for electric, but the CM is perfect for acoustic guitar work!
