ok, guys.

I know I'm late to the party, but I didn't wanna use a wrapper, and was unaware of fairly recent au release until today.

I'm doing the free version for now to check for bugs, system problems, etc.

So, are there NO other libraries that will work with free version other than what it ships with? That's the impression I got from the site... that the difference was the ABILITY to read other libraries. Just checking to see if that's true in the real world or only applies to their official releases.

What about user releases? Same deal?

Hi Apollo,

it depends. There's a few "demo" programs that work with Nebula free (check the 3rd party dev's for that. It's usually mentioned if it works)

also look here: • View topic - Complete FREE libraries for Nebula, listed

ok. thx. Haven't had a chance to fire it up yet...

So you can't purchase a third party lib to check it out with free version, right? (unless you're just trying out their demo)

It's really mammoth and a few others that have me wanting to check it out.

Yes exactly. You can't use the full 3rd party progs. That's why they offer the limited "demo" versions of their lbraries.

and yeah, Mammoth is one of THE things (at least for me).

Mixing, Mastering Audio Services|Transcending Music Studios Nebula Preset Software has some demo versions I believe. The "VCUlt" is exceptional too (It's the Culture Vulture)..

AlexB has demo versions that work with all Nebula versions. He just released "Poolteq" (checking out myself now) http://www.alessandroboschi.eu/html/en/poolteq.htm

good luck
