Wow! IRCAM Tools in plugin shape. Nice. Some serious sound design tools are coming. I'm only wondering what the RRP will be like...

They've had some similar designs available as Max MSP tools for quite a while. Those new Flux plugins will most likely be improved (or completely new) versions, but you can read more about their original Spat here (and even download, I think)

The proof is in the pudding... The Antares vox plugins share some parameters, but they render far from realistic results...

Evening...

All day spent demoing these babies today, many jaw drops...

There's a lot of work put into these, and still quite a few miles to go.

More to follow, not just yet...

Cheers,
/felix

Hi!
Would you be so kind to tell me though, what exactly are those two plugins supposed to do, the Source Filter and Cross Synthesis? I'm not sure I get these two, the description is a bit vague. Is it the spectral-morphing EQ-matching thing like TC Assimilator, Voxengo Curve EQ or ProaudioDSP DSM? Or something completely different?
Cheers

Looks interesting! I'm very much all for more experimental plugins geared towards sound design, a la GRM Tools etc.

Nothing from Antares sounds anywhere near IRCAM Tools.

I'm anxious to try these.

Also, can we start a new forum: "New Product Pre-release Alert!" No offense to the OP - I know this has become commonplace.

This isn't coming out until Q2 or Q3 so it will be a flytrap for rumors, like so many other pre-release threads.

That pop-tune demo song really did fool you didn't it? (It sure fooled me the first time I heard it... and still does even though I know it's "fake", or sorry, processed....).

I'll try to get my hands on it this week and put it up for the world to be astonished by...

But what'd you expect? This isn't even a product yet so what's to discuss? If you have additional info to get us started toss it in...
