I see Waves policy as rewarding those who spend the most with them. Whether that is good or bad is debatable, completely depending on which end of the spectrum you currently reside..

I may on occasion talk about some of the products I am a dealer for in my posts.. and that's OK! I sell them because I like them. Not vice versa. It's more fun to talk about things you know and love, then things you don't.

I agree with you that as it currently stands if your willing to buy the Mercury bundle then WUP is one of the coolest things ever. I just think they are alienating a lot of customers that would buy 3 or 4 bundles if they had better policy's toward end users. I know I would add to the 2 bundles I already own. But I have no need for over half the plug-ins that come in the Mercury bundle.

Sure. But, then you do what 90% of the Waves users out there do.

You don't typically need WUP, unless your DAW or OS has a major upgrade.... so don't buy it.

You are always complaining about my complaining about other people's complaining.

Not that I'm complaining.

Thanks for posting this. I looked into it and there was a glitch on the pricing for a few items. The actual price for the 5 plugs listed is $3285 and is now fixed.

Yes it appears that way. If you're talking about the combination in your previous post - Renaissance DeEsser, L2, and V-Comp Native - that now shows up as $900.

Id like to point out that rather than making some money from me yesterday, you made nothing at all because I just wanted one, and I had to buy three.

Seems to me that promotional incentives that are based on a profound respect for individualism should cater to, and not discriminate.
