I'm getting a bunch of distortion when I switch to "Analogue" from "Digital". The Linear Phase setting is also distorting on this particular channel strip. I'm not clipping on the way in or out of the plug and it sounds like a "bacon frying" kind of noise.

Logic 9.1.1, OSX 10.6.2, 8-core 2.26 Mac Pro w/12GB RAM.

You will need to re-scan the plugin. Logic caches mono/stereo info.

Enjoy!

As the latency changes, some audio gets skipped or reintroduced; you'll need to pause and replay Logic for it to update the latency compensation.

Can I hear a clip? And a screenshot of your settings? That sounds very odd.

I had tried even quitting Logic and relaunching the project and the distortion was still there. I just came back to it after a break, and having another song or two open in between and it's working fine.

If I can get the noise again, I'll make you a clip. I've attached a screenshot of the setting - nothing extreme.

Thanks, Dave! The EQ sounds incredible so far (a little noise notwithstanding...).

Great work Dave. The plug sounds great and has all the features I need. The interface is killer, too. Now I only need multichannel support to make this one my go to EQ. Can you tell us when we can expect to see multichannel action in EQuality

Cheers,

Chris

Can't resist, my second post for praising this eq, but I just can't get over it. I am not affiliated with this company in any way, but this EQ simply is something to write home about. This really is the best digital parametric eq I've heard, and probably hear them all...soundwise and featurewise, first classthumbsupthumbsupthumbsup

Thumbs up

Over-evangelising is one of the big features of this EQ. After use, you just can't stop telling people how much you dig it, because it's saving you time that you can spend with friends, lovers, family or on drugs.

Glad people are using it and loving it.

Cubase 5.1 (32Bit) , XP32.
Mousewheel doesn't work, not for the handles nor for the knobs.

I just bought this after a few hours demoing.

Really, really nice eq that I think I'll be using as my only eq for a good while yet. Nothing fancy, over characterful or too clinical. To my ears it manages to lose that digital unpleasantness whilst still retaining it's edge (many don't IMO). Quick to use, low cpu... channel or master buss... a bit late to the game but better late than never :-)

Or where i can find something about those differences?

Thanx in advance!

analyser is great but I definitely missing actual position frequency in Hz (eventually in tones) depending of mouse cursor position and mouse wheel support at least for Q factor

Im on logic9/snow leopard (latest versions) and knobs turn just fine with the Mousewheel , however when you place the curser over a node and move the mousewheel the Q doesn't move , which is a nice touch in 'fabfiler proQ' for example.

Great EQ by the way.....

Unfortunately mousewheel doesn't work, with no control. People seems to have this also with Live, so its eventually only a thing on Windows (XP). May be its working (and tested) on Windows 7?

Used it first time for mastering last night, the song had some issue's that needed narrow q fixing and naturally equality isn't designed for such usage.

But using it for cut's and shelf's was a joy. I was specially impressed by the shelf's as seem's one can design very detailed curves fast and easy. Same thing goes for the cut's as they can be very gentle when needed. I hope next mix won't need lots of fixing so I can focus better the possibility's equality provides and maybe share 1-2 presets for the community

I prefer span as analyzer though equalitys analyzer helped me notice 1-2 times I needed a correction with multiband comp. rather than eq. More features can be added for it but not a priority.
