"any VST- or AU compatible application" ... is it for Mac and PC? The website is a bit vague.

Weird, I set decay to 1sec and pre-delay to 0, but I get a tail of about 3.7 seconds. Anyone else getting this?

I know it's strange to complain about a free plug, but I quite like this hall algorithm, it'd be nice if it was a touch more accurate.

Thanks for headsup!

I liked it specially when its dark, very limited but good freeware-would love to try any pro version if they have a native plan.

I think it's probably similar in sound with Fabrik R, though even that one has limited control.

I'm trying to copy its sounds by Breverb or CSR and simply cannot it. No matter how I try to tweak the other two I simply cannot get that lush hall sound of a TC. Great TC reverb, it definitely has that TC VSS flavour hall sound

thanks! It sounds great on vocals!
I don't understand why it permanently says "algorithm: hall" on the screen. It suggests you can change the algorithm.

It looks exactly like the one that comes bundled with the Konnkt 6, but that ones called the M40. I wonder what the difference is if any?

TC Electronic | M30 Studio Reverb

TC Electronic | Desktop Konnekt 6

The AU doesn't work in anything on my PowerBook 1.5G4/10.4.11... VST works, though. I haven't tried it on my Intel Mac, yet.

It sounds okay for free... reminds me of their cheapest hardware reverbs... kinda ringy at longer times on sine-ish sources, but it has some depth and realism.

Thanks... free is good!

thanks a lot for the tip. i'm not quite getting my hopes up for this one but it's always very cool when a company offers up a free plugin. i'm checking it out now.

same here....
i've got PowerBook G4 1.67GHz-2GB-10.4.11 , the VST works in ableton and peak but i can't see the AU (can't check in logic - i got logic 7 on the PB but the key not here.....).

i will check later if its working with my G5 and logic 7\8......

Yeah... looks like the PPC AU is broken, at least on G4's.

I tried it on my old G4/400 office machine in AU Lab... no go.

the difference is the M40 got room and plate algorithm as well.

i applaud the effort of a free plugin but i am always astonished that tc never seems to manage introducing something that "just works"

+1. works great and there's 0 delay. i'm surprised though that it's a little more CPU intensive than TL Space and a lot more CPU intensive than the AIR reverb and spring verb.
