I wonder whether ProManager 3 will also convert formats? Would really love to get my exs24 libraries over to Structure.

Yeah it was supposed to be released sooner but was delayed a bit due to the 700 page user manual not being complete

Don't think ProManager will support format conversions (I recall reading this somewhere- though don't hold me to this.)

Redmatica is one reason I'm glad to be a Mac user

Andrea and team are usually quite good about customer service. I'm a bit disappointed they haven't sent update links to their paying customers yet. I think we are the biggest advertisement they will have. In fairness, they warned it could take a few days to get that info out.

I'd love to new the details (costs) for upgrading to the Pro Bundle from a recent Compendium Bundle purchase.

Recent purchasers were told they'd get special pricing for the upgrades.

Effectively, we'd be upgrading from Compendium Bundle 2 to Pro 2.

From a post on macosxaudio.com;

Quote:
you can purchase upgrades from the online store:

GENStore

(once you are in your store, check the "Upgrades" link at the bottom left)

If you instead are eligible for a free upgrade, then you will receive it automatically within the next 2 days.

Schweet!

BTW - I absolutely don't mean to disparage Andrea or the Redmatica team. I think their customer service/support is top notch. (Probably the best I've experienced in Europe!) Just a little sluttish for the new toys!

Just recieved an e-mail from Redmatica with the link to download the Redmatica User Center application

This handles;
  • User info
  • Computer Authorization
  • Software updates and
  • Redmatica News
  • User Forum
All in one neat little app. Rematica remain a forward thinking company in my books.

Hi PeeWeeGee,
I'm sorry if we made you wait, but sending out the updates takes *a lot* of time.
However the good news is that all the free upgrades for eligible users have been sent out now, and you should have received yours if you were eligible. (If not, please check in the junk/spam mailbox or contact us at support@redmatica.com).

Andrea - I've got to eat my hat on this one. It wasn't five minutes after posting that I received MY email. The RUC app was quite slick and upgrades went off without a hitch.

REDMATICA CONTINUES TO IMPRESS!

Thanks - PWG

Oh my! I'm going to have to upgrade to Autosampler 2. They added a lot of stuff
I wished the original had. I wonder what the upgrade cost is?

*edit* $49 I think I know what I'm doing today.
