Acustica's website is down... can anyone confirm this to me? Any info on that?

Unfortunately, I think they went out of business some time ago.

I think its common knowledge that the Acousticas IR's are now apart of the QL Spaces Plugin

Not all of it. Just a small part is used on ql spaces.
