ADK Media Group LLC. announced an agreement to acquire Sonica Labs. The
transition is effective immediately. Sonica joins ADK Pro Audio, ADK
Video Editing, and ADK Gaming as business partners under the ADK Media
Group LLC company.

Founded in 2000, Sonica Audio Labs designs and manufactures high
performance computer systems optimized for the professional audio
industry. Sonica customers come from every area of the professional
audio industry. From the small project studio to large recording,
mastering, radio, and TV studios, they have served musicians, composers,
recording engineers, and producers across the industry. In addition, Sonica
services colleges, universities, and video post-production houses. Sonica
addresses the growing needs of musicians, producers, sound designers and
composers to take the hassle out of computer music making.

ADK Media Group was founded in 1998 as Advanced Design of Kentucky. ADK
Pro Audio partners with companies such as Yamaha (ADK Pro Audio Presents LyveTracker) ,
and Digico for creating commercial audio workstations. ADK Media Group
has a long list of clients in the commercial audio, live touring, post-
production, film and home studio markets.

saw it on harmony central last week. Not sure if as a customer of sonica I am happy with it, as I always like choices...now my two first picks are one, no choice for me......but congrats to the suits if they are happy with it.....
will sonica still offer different choice of cases etc from adk? and will guy still be in 'charge' at sonica?

You could always buy from me.... though I don't have the advertising dollar Scott does.... Oh... and since I know Scott... I am fairly sure there aren't any "suits" at ADK....

you got one thing right there aint no suits here, fanciest i get is a long sleve dress shirt and jeans and only in the winter!
otherwise its shorts and a polo!
and yeah thats how i dress for church too!
