hi- thank you for your great articles, i am learning alot. i am in zurich and i am embarking on treating two finished rooms in the basement for a live room and a control room for mixing. i want to do it right because i need to mix records in there, so i know i am going to need some bass traps, absorption and probably diffusion too. my question is where can i get these types of products in switzerland? do you ship to switzerland? must be expensive for the shipping since the size and weight? thank you again, kurt |

Hi Kurt, > where can i get these types of products in switzerland? do you ship to switzerland? must be expensive for the shipping since the size and weight? < Yes, we do ship to Switzerland (and everywhere else too), and the cost is surprisingly low, even for air shipping delivered to your door. If you're willing to drive out to the airport to pick them up the cost is even lower. At least it's "low" compared to the prices when we formerly sold through a distributor. Then, the cost for each trap was 2 to 3 times higher than in the US. Now it's the same and only the shipping is a little higher. Here's a direct link to the Prices page on our site: www.realtraps.com/prices.htm Scroll down a bit and you'll see typical air shipping costs to a variety of European countries. If you need further info, you can email me from the Contact page of our site. --Ethan

Ethan, have you discontinued SoffitTraps & Stand Traps? I can't find any details of those products on your site. Any end of lines available??

![]() There might be one or two laying around, but I'm not sure if we still have any shipping boxes. How many do you want? Maybe best to move this to email: Contact Page --Ethan

I stumbled across this thread while looking for the price on soffit traps, not knowing they were discontinued. Since you no longer sell them, would you be kind enough to detail the construction for us to DIY them? They would work perfectly for what I'm doing. Thank you! Nathan Webb

I'm glad to do that. But it makes more sense to post this question in the Bass Traps section. As soon as I see you post there, I'll be glad to reply. It's not a complicated design. --Ethan |
