Any word on new Eventide products?

Any word on upcoming eventide products? I'm looking at an eclipse but seem to feel an update is coming? no?

I may be unusually grumpy today, but WHY is it so difficult to put a question mark in your thread title?! 180 people already clicked this probably expecting to read about actual New Eventide Products.

Oh boy. My HOT button issue. I've wanted to start a thread about this but didn't want to be a drag here but now you've done it.

I think:

If anyone starts a thread that is a question, and does not use a question mark then there should be a price to pay. Like banned for a week with progressive penalties for not learning the lesson.

I truly think many do it on purpose to get attention to their thread.
And it wastes our time.

There. I've said it.

Come on - you still have control about how much time you waste browsing gearslutz!

and i imagine your time is so valuable you just dont have one second to waste when you're browsing gearslutz. it must make you extremely frustated, maybe you have so little time that opening this thread (& responding to it, i must add), may eventually lead to you not being able to read another thread here at GS.

now that you've taken time out of your hectic schedule to post in this thread it may result in you not being able to read *3* other threads in GS. this may leave you feeling unfullfilled, or maybe like lesser of a person.

cmon people you all sound like d-bags. how much time did you waste replying to his topic? While you may think he is only trying to draw people to his thread with the title, I think you're even more pathetic for calling him out on it for the sake of adding another digit to your "Post Count"

OP: I dont know about any other eventide products in the works, but I'm an eclipse owner, and it rocks

It's a nuisance, that's all. No one's being a d-bag towards the OP, but it seems I'm not the only one annoyed by the increased sloppiness around here.

Regardless of how busy anyone is, bringing attention to this is for the benefit of the forum. Next time I'll simply report it to a moderator, but most of the time I just feel bad for them having to deal with this sort of thing at all.

As with thousands of other threads, this is 1) posted in the wrong forum (it's not an announcement) 2) has a misguiding title and 3) probably could have been avoided altogether by performing a search (if you find no news about a new Eventide product, there probably isn't any yet).

No hard feelings towards the OP, just the way I see it. Browsing a sub-forum for threads that may interest me usually takes less than ten seconds. Opening one like this instantly doubles that time. Big deal in the grand scheme of things? No. Unnecessary and totally avoidable? Yes.

Over and out.

RTAS only? I'd seriously consider an eclipse if they sorted an AU for this.
what's the likelihood of native versions? Eventide tend to be protools only don't they?
