I am (one of) the founder of myMusicSession and my friend George just told me via e-mail... it's about time to join you guys and answer any kind of questions.... he's damned right ;-)

First of all we are running now on a fully fonctionnal but still beta version as we also develop a software to make the exchange of files very simple... should be online in 2 weeks or so. We will also develop many other oprions in the future but anyway...

Just to answer your question regarding PayPal:
In fact we do not ask for your full paypal info of course but only your linked paypal e-mail. We need this in order to pay you ;-)) Because WE will pay you as we are also here to guarantee your money and payment of your futures jobs. We don't have access to your account of course we only can send money to your account and to do that we need your paypal e-mail address that's all!

myMusicSession cost you absolutely nothing else than 4% commission on your jobs THIS IS IT!

If you have any other questions please feel free I'll come everyday now!
And tell people about us.. we wanna be the ebay of the music/audio/entertainment business ;-)) we want musicians and engineer to make (for some more) money! We want people to work!

Hello there! We are almost done with the test of our filemanager. We did that application with the new adobe FLEX technology it works AND looks very cool!! You will need the adobe AIR plugin to use it.

The app will be of course FREE as (almost) everything we did and we'll do!

Hello thanks for your comment. We are really concern about security and spamming so...

Your e-mail account will never be seen except by the mymusicsession administration.
To write you a mail they must FIRST register.
We pay people on their paypal account manually.
4% is our commission but the 3% is paid by the buyer to cover our paypal fee and also our manual job for payments... and that's again security because we will always have the possibility to refund the money in case of dispute...
We do provide stickers to link people directly on your MMS (mymusicsession) page but it's up to you to use it or not.

Trust me I'm a musician, producer and I wanted to create something that helps me to work... not to have extra spams and bullshit in my mail ;-))

Wow, this is a great site. Joined the minute i heard of it. And it looks great, very professional.

About the 4%, i think it's fair. It's not cheap to keep a site like this running.

Yep.... not cheap at all ;-))... and you know we also don't wanna ask people to pay a subscription or something... last but not least I didn't want to make it look like a x-mas tree full of Ad's as well so... that's the best compromise we found so far!
