Toast 9

Audiofile Engineering and Wave Editor might well have made this academic but Toast 9 will be released on 11th April.

It's pretty cheap. I think I'll be buying both Toast 9 and Wave Editor to see which I prefer for disc authoring. Neither can be worse than Peak LE 5.21

A warning to anyone who cares: Toast 9 does not feature ISRC or UPC/EAN encoding. Unfortunately I found this out after spending £60.

Thumbs up

Took a while but I found it, was stressing me out too after I just bought it. Unfortunately the manual is not very clear.

Go to preferences/audio video/ - show advanced audio mastering settings

If it's the same as toast 8, you can get to the ISRC codes through the "More" button on the lower left side next to the cd text check box.

Hi Mike,

I feel like a dufus now for not having found this (although the manual and website make NO mention of this feature) but actually I am just really glad to see that it is in there!
