Fielding DSP Reviver Beta 0.4

Reviver 0.4 released!

For quite a long time you have not heard anything about Reviver. We have been working hard to add a unique feature, and we think we have nailed it with this release. We are proud to announce that Reviver is now completely free of audible aliasing.

Reviver 0.4 is compatible with 10.4.10 upward and all versions of Leopard!

Everyone interrested in beta-testing can register at:

Fielding DSP

All beta tester will get special refunds!

Greetings

hi,

just wanted to show you guys the difference between an aliased signal and a clean one. listen to the sinus sweeps and look at the pictures to get an idea of aliasing problems.

picture and sweep 1 are a simple sine sweep which was harmonically distorted using Reviver's serial mode with the alias filter turned off. You can see and hear how the aliases are bouncing between zero and Nyquist.

picture and sweep 2 are the same sine sweep sent through Reviver, all the settings are the same, but now the alias filter is turned on. We see and hear that there are no aliases in the audible area (below 20kHz)

if you need mor infomation, go to

Fielding DSP

greetings
