Don't know if it has been mentioned on here before but it's way cheaper than their other plugs.

Dude, that's really cool, it appears that the only limitation is 7 bands (which is still a lot!) The presets are also cross-compatible with the full version. Good stuff! thumbsup

As far as I know it's not phase linear. The phase linear eq was Firium, now called "Frequalizer".

Yeah, that is cool. Now I'll probably actually buy something from RND, despite the stupid names and jacked up prices of the rest of the line.

It looks like this version is ... grey only? How much does it cost them to keep the color?? lol

Is Elemental Audio doing further development under the name RND or do they not exist anymore whatsoever... Did Roger Nicholes just buy out what there was without anyhthing planned for the future?

btw: I dunno why, but the frequalizer doesn't sound as good as the other one.

My understanding is that Roger Nichols bought the rights to be the *distributor* of EAS products, and that development is continuing.

The original color stuff looks alot better. Probably intentional so you feel sort of like prisoner at a POW camp, until you buy the full non-inmate version. lol
