Editing multi channel playlists

So, if I've got 5 takes/playlists on every drum Mic channel, can I comp between takes on one channel and have those changes reflected on all the other channels?

Group the channels(Command G). When you slice & dice one channel...the rest should also follow.

You have to group before you create any virtual tracks too. I know when I am doing said type of comping I group the kit, then create a 'comp kc' (my initials) for that and have it with copy and paste. I always save a copy of the comp before I get into any quantizing so I can go back to the musicians intended feel at any point.

Yeah, I always save a 'session as' with the original in case I need/want to go back to the original unmolested tracks...easily.
