Mackie D8B Support - One in Stock at a friends pawn shop

I'm curious if any of you are using the Mackie d8b with Pro Tools 10? I can get an awesome deal on one and if I wanted to get the updated Mackie version it would run me triple the price.

Can someone get back to me with any insight?

The d8b is a console more than a controller, and there can be a lot of issues with them. (I own one.) These guys D8Bridge have a clever little adaptation which does not use the d8b as a console, only as a controller. I don't know if it works with PT or not, but watch their videos, it looks like a nice product that I am likely to buy this year.

D8Bridge looks cool, and Pro Tools support appears to be on the way...bummer it's a Windows-only prduct.
