Disorder

So... this is my album that I released a while back. I never could figure out how to get a decent amount of plays or any steady traffic, though God knows I tried on three bazillion websites. My question is... is it just bad or underpromoted? Is there a way I can promote it at all (any good websites? services?)? I did work a long time on it, but I'd like some constructive criticism so that I know not to make the same mistakes with my next album.
