NYC Post House or Studio

Hey guys, I'm looking for a post house or studio in NYC that has a solid vocal booth, a Sennheiser 416 and a tube preamps and FTP delivery. Looking for something in the city, accessible by cab. If I have to bring my gear that's fine, but will need a good engineer to record some raw vo tracks.
