Breaths in the M&E?

I would normally exclude breaths from M&E but sometimes I have this dilemma with M&Es.
So, l have this scene where the actor runs through the forest towards the camera. His breath and feet are recorded surprisingly well and I would like to use it in the mix.
Should I put it in pfx and send it to M&E?
What would you do?

That should go to the M&E optional track on the "6+2".

Sorry I should have mentioned. It's a low budget flick, and all I am delivering is a Mix and an M&E. I haven't envisioned complex deliverables for this project and my template and tracklaying won't let me make that separation easily with similar other clips. But good thought. Thanks.

I guess my question should be for the mixers on the receiving end for such mixes. Do you prefer to have the breaths/efforts in the M&E or not?

I would prefer to not have them in the M&E. If the foreign mixer (or client) likes the original breaths better, he will grab them from the full mix, unless there are spoken words in between.

Cheers

Cool, thanks.
That means, you would want to see the foley coverage of the feet for the very spot.
It's extra work for me but what I'll do is use whatever I want in my mix then do a pass for M&E with cleaned up breaths etc.
I am not even setting up a separate M&E bus for this. Just mute DIA bus.

When in doubt we will print questionable material to an optional stem. This is done on almost all M&E's for studio films.
