I know I'm screwed but
I just got some audio to fix from a live performance. The sound is fine other than the fact that for the first 8 minutes there is a delay/slap around 70 ms or so that somehow was recorded across both of the stereo trax. As i dont do much post work, is there any tricks you guys use that may help lessen the effect of the delay? I've tried everything i could think of.

You could try NR plugins. The I've used the WNS a few time to lessen room reverberations without hurting the audio with artifacts from the heaver NRS. Just be forewarned that there is a good chance that it will not work. I know your pain I'm working on a student film for a buddy of mine. Good luck.

I haven't used it myself, but I've heard good things about Zynaptic's Unveil.

You can download a demo @ zynaptiq: downloads to see if it is at all helpful to your problem.
