Sync I/O issues

Hello All,
Having some strange Sync I/O and or session setup issues.
I thought this might be the best forum to possibly get some help.

I have an PT10.2, HDX, mac pro, 192 I/O and Sync I/O rig.

It was my impression that all the "blue" boxes were compliant with HDX and PT 10.

When I tried to use my Sync I/O to output LTC, I dont see any choices in the "Time Code Settings" area of my session setup window, where in the past I would.
{please see the attached picture}, so either Im missing something, or my system is ill.

All cabling and peripherals choices are the way theyve been on all my previous systems.
Also, firmware was updated as well.

I appreciate any help or ideas.

best,
Sean

The control was moved off of the session setup page starting with PT8 (I believe). Turn on Synchronization controls (found under little arrow-circle at upper right corner of edit window). This adds a menu to the toolbar area, which includes buttons for LTC and MTC.
