Audio Pull/Down in Pro Tools' "Session" dialog box

Hi guys!

This question occur to me when I was doing the audio pull/down in Pro Tools' "session" dialog box, I remember I was reading a book and it said that you need a sync i/o or sync HD to perform the audio pull/up in the "Session" box, is that true?

Yes. For pull-downs/ups during live playback. The sync I/O then clocks the interface down/up.

Look up "3:2 pull-down" on Google.
