Mixing while you print.

I've been working on a show that has segments of pre-mixed material, which needs to be smoothed out level-wise to match the other parts of the show. To save time I was doing this in latch mode while printing the mix. Anyone else do this? It seemed to work out pretty well, any drawbacks I should be aware of? Thanks in advance.

Yep. I've mixed going to tape before due to time constraints. Monitor the print, not the mix. If you make a mistake go back far enough not to make a click dropping in.

Wouldn't recommend it if you really don't have to though. There's really no finesse about it.
