Frame rate audio clip converter

Is there is a plugin IN PT that converts audio clips from:
25 to 24
25 to 23.98
25 to 23.976
?
Or is there an app that does it? (I prefer a plugin)

When you import the clips, check the 'Apply SRC' option, and choose the pull up/down rate that matches your needs.

Thats the problem. The AAF file contains correct audio and incorrect audio. Some of the audio clips are at their correct fps (24) and others are set to 25. I want to convert the audio clips that are playing at 25 fps to 24 without affecting the other audio clips (that are 24 fps).

That's odd. I would ask the picture editor why it happened.
But anyways. Place all the clips 25 fps on one track and all 24 fps on other track(s).
Save session as a new one and reimport as Import session command from the older session tracks which you want to convert.

I would ask the picture editor to re-export the AAF/OMF, and apply SRC during export so all clips sent to you are the same sample rate. Trying to do it on your end will be a PITA as you will need to identify the original frame/sample rate for each clip...

Ask the editor to place all 24 and 25 clips on dedicated tracks and resend the AAF. It's much easier for him to sort those out.

Picture editor should work with a single frame rate where all clips match the project setting affecting the picture but respecting the sound lengh to avoid sync problems. The other way to convert frame rates is the one for the movies, originally filmed at 24fps. In that cases, every frame remains intact but the audio needs to be converted. If you need a plugin to do that then you can look for Serato Pitch n Time.

If you have a chance, ask the pic editor to give a proper omf, aaf whatever. If not, then at least try to investigate then separate the different files, and then treat them as needed with the src mentioned above.

I've had this several times.
Fastest is to get the editor to do separate OMF/AAF's for each speed. On import, PT will SRC the 25fps files.
To be on the safe side, also get them to do EDL's the same way. So you could go the Titan/assemblerator route.

Good luck
