as australia is upside down in relation to england (and vice versa), should I invert the phase of any audio I recive from there when working a job I have coming...?

Yes - in much same way as when we receive audio from you chaps we need to run it through the Waves One Knob "De-Whinger" to clean it up. I also like to pass a bit of "Izotope Republic" over particularly nasty UK audio as well.

I have a lot of trouble with jobs coming from England, anyone know of a filter to remove a pompous English accent ? And my colourist is having all sorts of trouble as there isnt enough sun light in the footage

Generally I'm ok with Aussie Audio. However, if it's first generation you will have to listen out as it is often strewn with convicts. Written in my best pompous accent.

I think the newer british filter variations sound thinner than the vintage Old school british filters, the further north you go in england the filters get a lot Rougher. So if you want a more " modern " sound, go with the Aussie, or Yank Filters. LK |
