Voiceover agencies

Hi there,
i'm trying to find voiceover actors in the line of 'the golden voice' you know that homeless guy with the 'golden voice'
And along the lines of Morgan Freeman

Can you all point me to some really top notch voice agencies that might have some talents along those lines.

btw, how would one go about getting the actual Morgan Freeman and 'the golden voice' to do a voiceover spot?, I know expensive, but still the client may or may not be able to afford, I just have no idea how to approach the likes

Dig through iMDB for agencies and reps for a-list VO talent. Voice Over Resource Guide is a good source for agents, studios, and all things VO.

This is probably the best answer (and the one I was going to use).

Lots of different people, different locations, different agencies.

There are more agencies in the US representing VO talent than you can shake a stick at, but without having to dig through the mire of each one individually, voicebank.net is probably the best place to find them all, long with info relating to their representation.
