Thread Starter | Can you recommend me a Resonant Filter that isn't GRM?
Hey guys, Long time lurker first time poster so be gentle! I'm after a resonant filter that isn't so.. metallic as GRM Tools one. Do you guys have any good suggestions? I want to use it in sound design, Thanks |

| Fabfilter Volcano is all you need. Really deep and flexible UI yet easy to use, variety of filter characters etc. After testing loads of other filters this one was a keeper for me. AU, VST, AAX and RTAS.

Two great suggestions already, and I'd add this one too to your maybe-list - the resonance is "adaptive" (read more about it on their site) but it can do some cool stuff. Sonalksis Ltd.

I still haven't patched up my modular to run as a hardware insert for protools. I may set that up tomorrow. 1 diode 3 pole filter and 1 multimode 2 pole .
